The very first BridgeTheGap event is approaching fast. Please find below all the details you need.

The Aim of the race is to ride as fast as you can to each of the four designated supermarkets. There you will find a person waiting to sign off your checklist, once they have signed it you can move on to the next supermarket.

Here are the four supermarkets you will be visiting.

Asda Bedminster
East St, Bedminster, Bristol, BS3 4JY

Tesco Brislington
Callington Rd, Bristol, Avon, BS4 5AY

Sainsbury’s Clifton‎
3 Clifton Down Shopping Centre, Whiteladies Rd, Bristol, Avon, BS8 2NN

Somerfield Bishopston
335 Gloucester Rd, Horfield, Bristol, BS7 8PE

To get your checklist signed at the Tesco checkpoint you will have to make a purchase, you will be buying drink.
You need at least a 4 pack of beer or large bottle of cider or if your not drinking a large bottle of juice or water or what ever. once you have this you go to the check point with your item receipt and get signed off.

You can do these’s in any order you like, finish line is back at Lloyds Amphitheatre.

Hopefully everyone will stick around after the race for some drinks and for a few more events.
As there are a bunch of prizes i thought a trackstand comp, a skid comp and a hill climb after everyones had a few beers. I know thats not some peoples cup of tea, but it should make a good social event.
